Custom pricing applies to weddings with 200 or more guests, tented or private-property celebrations, non-managed venues such as outdoor parks, and locations more than 50 miles outside St. Louis City.
The wedding date and venue must be confirmed before booking this package.
What to Expect
Once your contract is signed, you’ll have access to your coordinator for questions and guidance as you finalize your plans. We’ll begin with a Zoom kickoff meeting to learn about your vision, review what you already have in place, and introduce the planning tools that will help keep everything organized.
During your midway progress review, we’ll check in on the details, identify anything that still needs attention, and make sure you’re prepared for the final planning stretch.
Approximately six weeks before the wedding, we’ll meet for a comprehensive review of final details, covering the timeline, logistics, ceremony, vendor responsibilities, and key moments of the day. From there, we’ll step behind the scenes to communicate with your vendor team, finalize the wedding-day timeline, and ensure everyone has the information they need.
Your coordinator will lead the rehearsal so your wedding party feels comfortable, prepared, and confident about what to expect.
On the wedding day, your lead coordinator and assistant—joined by additional ceremony support—will take over execution for eight consecutive hours. We’ll oversee venue setup, manage the ceremony flow, guide guest transitions, keep the timeline moving, coordinate your vendor team, and handle the unexpected needs that inevitably arise. Décor and personal items will be gathered and packed as outlined in your timeline and within the contracted coverage period.
From final details through the final moment of our coverage, we’re there to lead, manage, and protect your experience.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Once your contract is signed, you’ll gain access to our shared professional planning platform, where Wendy monitors your progress, sends reminders, answers questions, and helps you navigate your planning timeline and checklists. You’ll also receive thoughtful guidance with vendor selections, venue layouts, guest seating, and event flow as your plans take shape.
You’ll have six 60-minute Zoom meetings—an onboarding meeting, four planning meetings, and a final-details meeting—scheduled strategically throughout the process to keep you organized and moving forward. Together, we’ll also develop your detailed wedding-day timeline so it continues to evolve as decisions are made and logistics are confirmed.
Approximately six weeks before the wedding, Wendy will step fully into the coordination lead, communicating directly with your vendor team to confirm responsibilities, finalize logistics, and ensure everyone is working from the same plan. She’ll also create a personalized, printable Wedding Playbook so your wedding party understands where to be, when to be there, and what to expect.
Your coordinator will lead your rehearsal for up to one hour. On the wedding day, your Lead Coordinator and Assistant will provide ten consecutive hours of calm, capable leadership, joined by an additional part-day assistant for five hours of setup, ceremony, and transition support.

Partial Planning is our most hands-on offering, designed for couples who want creative collaboration, expert oversight, and consistent support—without full-service planning.
This service blends structure with flexibility, allowing you to remain involved in the decisions while leaning on us for clarity, strategy, guidance, and execution.

Twelve consecutive hours of wedding-day coverage with a Lead Coordinator and Assistant
Two additional part-day assistants for six to eight hours each, based on the wedding’s setup and logistical needs
Ceremony rehearsal coordination for up to one hour
Planning support begins when your contract is signed
Access to the managed version of our professional planning platform, including planning and wedding-day timelines, layouts, RSVP tracking, guest seating, budget, and checklist tools
Regular monthly Zoom planning meetings and progress check-ins (up to twelve)

Partial Planning is designed for couples who want a true planning partner—someone to guide the process, provide clarity, and help bring the entire vision together with confidence.
From the moment your contract is signed, you’ll work closely with Wendy throughout your planning journey. Using our managed professional planning platform, she’ll help you navigate your planning timeline, customize your checklists, monitor progress, and provide thoughtful guidance on design, venue layouts, guest seating, and event flow.
If you’re still building your vendor team, Wendy will connect you with trusted professionals whose style, services, and pricing align with your needs. She’ll help you evaluate your options, make informed decisions, and avoid losing hours to vendors who were never the right fit.
Regular monthly Zoom planning meetings provide consistent momentum, accountability, and support. You’ll also have three in-person planning appointments to use where they will be most valuable—whether for venue walkthroughs, vendor meetings, or focused planning sessions.
Throughout the process, you and Wendy will collaboratively develop your detailed wedding-day timeline as decisions are made and logistics take shape. Approximately two months before the wedding, Wendy will transition into the final coordination lead, communicating directly with your vendor team to confirm responsibilities, finalize logistics, and ensure everyone is working from the same plan. She’ll also create customized VIP ceremony seat cards and a personalized, printable Wedding Playbook so the people closest to you know where to be, when to be there, and what to expect.
Your rehearsal will be led with care and clarity for up to one hour. On the wedding day, Wendy and her main assistant will provide twelve consecutive hours of calm, capable leadership, joined by two additional part-day assistants for six to eight hours each, based on the setup and logistical needs of your celebration.

Wedding Ceremony Creation Assistance (Included with Partial Planning)
Wendy will provide etiquette guidance for a multitude of wedding-day questions.
She will assist you with building the wedding ceremony script to ensure it is legally binding, meaningful, and complete.
Wendy will assist with the procession and recession walking order, music selection, readings and annouincments.

Wedding Styling
Wendy will create a mood board for the overall look and feel of your wedding décor research to offer the most budget-friendly options while maintaining your wedding style. Wendy will work with your venue to design a beautiful and efficient floor plan for your ceremony and reception.

RSVP Tracking
R&W will collect and manage the guest RSVPs and track the list, including meal selections and special dietary needs. Tracking includes traditional RSVP cards and website collection methods. We will follow up with guests on missing RSVPs. *Requires client to provide phone and email for each guest household for follow-up. *Requires RSVP cards to feature the Revel & Wonder mailing address.
