Revel & Wonder Weddings is a Mid-Range wedding planning service company in the St. Louis market. Our coordination/partial planning services range from $2,850 to $6,000.

Custom pricing is available for groups of 200 or more, tent weddings, non-managed venue locations (such as outdoor parks), or locations more than 50 miles outside St. Louis City.
The wedding date & and venue must be confirmed before booking this package.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Once your contract is signed, you’ll have access to your coordinator for questions and guidance as you finalize your plans. We begin with a complimentary Zoom meeting to kick things off, walk through your vision, and set you up for a smooth planning experience.
About six weeks before your wedding, you’ll meet with your coordinator again to review every detail of the day — timelines, logistics, and key moments — ensuring nothing is overlooked. One month out, we step behind the scenes to collaborate directly with your vendor team, so everyone has the information they need and is aligned for the day ahead.
Your coordinator will lead your rehearsal, making sure everyone feels confident and prepared.
On your wedding day, your lead coordinator and assistant take over execution entirely — overseeing venue setup, managing the ceremony flow, guiding guest transitions, keeping the timeline on track, and handling any unexpected needs as they arise. At the end of the evening, we’ll gather your décor and personal items to ensure everything makes it home safely.
From rehearsal to last dance, we’re there to lead, manage, and protect your experience.

Wedding Coordination is ideal for couples who want guidance throughout the planning process and complete support on the wedding day itself. We act as your planning partner — keeping you organized, confident, and on track — while ensuring your vision is executed with care.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Wedding Coordination is ideal for couples who want guidance throughout the planning process and seamless support on the wedding day.
Once your contract is signed, you’ll gain access to our shared professional planning software, where Wendy monitors progress, sends reminders, answers questions, and provides thoughtful guidance as your plans take shape. You’ll also receive planning tools, design insight, venue layout support, guest seating guidance, and Preferred Vendor Suggestions to help you make confident decisions.
You’ll have four Zoom planning meetings, scheduled when you need them most, to keep you organized and moving forward. About two months before your wedding, you’ll meet in person to review the full scope of your plans and fine-tune final details.
Around six weeks before the wedding, Wendy steps fully into the lead — collaborating directly with your vendor team to finalize logistics and create a personalized, printable Wedding Playbook for your wedding party.
Your coordinator will lead your rehearsal (up to one hour) and oversee your wedding day with calm, capable leadership — providing up to 10 hours of coordination with a main assistant, plus a daytime assistant for 6 hours to support setup and transitions.

Partial Planning is our most hands-on offering, designed for couples who want creative collaboration, expert oversight, and consistent support — without full-service planning.
This service blends structure with flexibility, allowing you to stay involved while leaning on us for clarity, strategy, and execution.

Access to the “Managed Version” of our professional planning software
Custom planning timeline and checklists, and final wedding packet
Regular planning meetings and progress check-ins
Vendor selection support
Rehearsal coordination
Full wedding day management with the lead team and two partial-day assistants.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Partial Planning is designed for couples who want a true planning partner — someone to guide the process, provide clarity, and help bring the entire vision together with confidence.
From the moment your contract is signed, you’ll work closely one-on-one with Wendy throughout your planning journey. Using our managed professional planning software, she guides you step by step — providing curated checklists, thoughtful design guidance, venue layout support, and guest seating assistance to keep everything organized and intentional.
If you’re still building your vendor team, Wendy will connect you with trusted professionals whose style, availability, and pricing align with your needs — saving you hours of research and helping you make confident, informed decisions.
You’ll meet regularly through bi-monthly planning meetings, ensuring consistent momentum and support. In addition, you’ll have three in-person planning appointments, which you can use however best serves you — whether for venue walk-throughs, vendor meetings, or focused planning sessions.
About two months before your wedding, Wendy steps fully into the lead — collaborating directly with your vendor team to finalize logistics and create a personalized, printable Wedding Playbook for your full wedding party.
Your rehearsal will be led with care and clarity (up to one hour). On your wedding day, Wendy will oversee the full celebration with calm, capable leadership — providing up to 12 hours of coordination alongside her main assistant, plus a second daytime assistant for 7 hours to support setup and flow.

Wedding Ceremony Creation Assistance (Included with Partial Plannin)
Wendy will provide etiquette guidance for a multitude of wedding-day questions.
She will assist you with building the wedding ceremony script to ensure it is legally binding, meaningful, and complete.
Wendy will assist with the procession and recession walking order, music selection, readings and annouincments.

Wedding Styling
Wendy will create a mood board for the overall look and feel of your wedding décor research to offer the most budget-friendly options while maintaining your wedding style. Wendy will work with your venue to design a beautiful and efficient floor plan for your ceremony and reception.

RSVP Tracking
R&W will collect and manage the guest RSVPs and track the list, including meal selections and special dietary needs. Tracking includes traditional RSVP cards and website collection methods. We will follow up with guests on missing RSVPs. *Requires client to provide phone and email for each guest household for follow-up. *Requires RSVP cards to feature the Revel & Wonder mailing address.
