Revel & Wonder Weddings is a mid-range wedding planning and coordination company serving the St. Louis market. Wedding Day Management starts at $3,000, and Wedding Coordination starts at $4,250. Optional add-on services allow you to customize your package with the specific planning support you need.

Custom pricing applies to weddings with 200 or more guests, tented or private-property celebrations, non-managed venues such as outdoor parks, and locations more than 50 miles outside St. Louis City.
The wedding date and venue must be confirmed before booking this package.
What to Expect
Once your contract is signed, you’ll have access to your coordinator for questions and guidance as you finalize your plans. We’ll begin with a Zoom kickoff meeting to learn about your vision, review what you already have in place, and introduce the planning tools that will help keep everything organized.
During your midway progress review, we’ll check in on the details, identify anything that still needs attention, and make sure you’re prepared for the final planning stretch.
Approximately six weeks before the wedding, we’ll meet for a comprehensive review of final details, covering the timeline, logistics, ceremony, vendor responsibilities, and key moments of the day. From there, we’ll step behind the scenes to communicate with your vendor team, finalize the wedding-day timeline, and ensure everyone has the information they need.
Your coordinator will lead the rehearsal so your wedding party feels comfortable, prepared, and confident about what to expect.
On the wedding day, your lead coordinator and assistant—joined by additional ceremony support—will take over execution for eight consecutive hours. We’ll oversee venue setup, manage the ceremony flow, guide guest transitions, keep the timeline moving, coordinate your vendor team, and handle the unexpected needs that inevitably arise. Décor and personal items will be gathered and packed as outlined in your timeline and within the contracted coverage period.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Once your contract is signed, you’ll gain access to our shared professional planning platform, where Wendy monitors your progress, sends reminders, answers questions, and helps you navigate your planning timeline and checklists. You’ll also receive trusted vendor recommendations and general guidance as you evaluate your options and make your final selections.
You’ll have six 60-minute Zoom meetings—an onboarding meeting, four planning meetings, and a final-details meeting—scheduled strategically throughout the process to keep you organized and moving forward. Together, we’ll also develop your detailed wedding-day timeline, which will continue to evolve as decisions are made and logistics are confirmed.
Approximately six weeks before the wedding, Wendy will step fully into the coordination lead, communicating directly with your vendor team to confirm responsibilities, finalize logistics, and ensure everyone is working from the same plan. She’ll also create a personalized, printable Wedding Playbook so your wedding party understands where to be, when to be there, and what to expect.
Your coordinator will lead your rehearsal for up to one hour. On the wedding day, your Lead Coordinator and Assistant will provide ten consecutive hours of calm, capable leadership, joined by an additional part-day assistant for five hours of setup, ceremony, and transition support.
ADD-ON SERVICES
Every wedding needs something a little different. These services can be added to a booked Wedding Day Management or Wedding Coordination package, so you receive focused assistance where you need it most—without paying for ongoing planning support you don’t need. Add-on availability and pricing are based on scope.

Wedding Ceremony Creation Assistance
Wendy will provide etiquette guidance for invitations and websites.
Create a ceremony that feels meaningful, personal, and thoughtfully organized. Wendy will help develop the ceremony structure, processional and recessional order, music selections, readings, special elements, and necessary announcements. The service includes one ceremony-planning meeting, collaborative script development, and one round of revisions.
Final legal requirements and ceremony wording must be confirmed with your officiant. Additional revisions or highly customized, cultural, or multi-part ceremonies may require custom pricing.

Wedding Design & Styling
Wendy will develop a cohesive visual direction for your celebration based on your personal style, venue, priorities, and budget. This service includes a customized design concept and mood board featuring your color palette, ceremony and reception décor, florals, linens, tabletop details, signage, lighting, and other visual elements.
Wendy will also research décor and rental options and provide thoughtful recommendations to help you create a celebration that feels intentional, cohesive, and uniquely yours. One round of design refinements is included.
Purchasing, rental reservations, vendor management, and onsite installation are not included unless added separately.

Vendor Research & Selection Assistance
Need help finding the right professional for a specific part of your wedding? Wendy will conduct a focused search based on your date, location, budget, priorities, and preferred style; provide a curated shortlist of qualified options; assist with comparing services and proposals; coordinate consultations; and help you evaluate your choices.
Final vendor selection, contracting, and payment remain the client’s responsibility. This service is priced separately for each vendor category.

Wedding venue searches are not included and require a separate Venue Search & Selection package.

Zoom Planning Meetings
Zoom planning meetings provide consistent momentum, accountability, and support. Wendy will collaboratively develop your detailed wedding-day timeline as decisions are made and logistics take shape.

RSVP & Guest Tracking
R&W will collect and manage guest responses, including attendance, meal selections, and special dietary needs. Tracking may include traditional RSVP cards and online response methods. We will also follow up with households that have not responded by the designated deadline.
Starting at $5 per invited guest, with a $500 minimum.
Clients must provide accurate contact information for each invited household. Traditional RSVP cards must use the Revel & Wonder Weddings mailing address. Postage, printing, and invitation services are not included.

Rehearsal Dinner Venue & Catering Selection Assistance
We’ll identify rehearsal dinner venues and catering options that align with your preferences, guest count, budget, and logistical needs. Wendy will research and vet potential options, provide a curated shortlist, schedule consultations, and help you compare proposals, services, and contract details before making your final selection.

Rehearsal Dinner Décor Concierge
One 60-minute Zoom planning meeting to review your rehearsal dinner décor, setup instructions, venue access, and service needs.
On the day of the rehearsal dinner, one staff member will provide up to 4 hours of service, divided among setting up client-provided décor, welcoming and directing guests upon arrival, and returning at the conclusion of the event to gather and pack the décor.
This service does not include rehearsal dinner planning, vendor coordination, food or beverage service, general venue cleanup, or transportation and storage of décor.

Wedding Venue Search & Selection
Wendy will help you identify wedding venues that align with your vision, guest count, budget, preferred location, and logistical needs. This service includes a venue-search consultation, customized research, availability inquiries, a curated shortlist, and tour coordination and attendance for up to three venues.
Wendy will also help you compare proposals, identify questions and negotiation opportunities, and review contract details related to services and event logistics.
Starting at $1,500.
